The Lord's church meets to worship God and provoke one another to good works.  True worship of God is a fulfilling experience.  Yet its purpose is to honor God rather than entertain ourselves.  True Christians are the most pleasant company.  Yet, their goal is to encourage godliness rather than make people feel good.
